LMS courses for the “Entrepreneuriale en Aménagement Paysager” training program
Pimenko has developed an innovative online course for training landscape contractors.
Produced for the CFPPA Bugey, this online course covers essential areas such as defining a business project, accounting management, customer relations, as well as marketing and sales. This educational program has been designed to offer both a self-training path, initiated by the UNEP, and a tutored path adapted by the CFPPA, thus providing a flexible and personalized learning experience. The aim was to provide future landscape entrepreneurs with the tools and knowledge they need to successfully launch and manage their own business, taking into account the specific features of the sector.

Instructional design and mediatization
Pimenko has developed a comprehensive and diversified teaching scenario, incorporating 33 videos, 21 interactive slideshows, and several interactive quizzes to reinforce learning. Content has been designed to make complex concepts accessible and to engage learners through attractive visuals and enriching interactions. This multimedia approach has transformed a traditionally dense subject into a dynamic and captivating learning experience.
Video production and technical support
Producing the video content was a major undertaking, requiring close coordination between studio shoots and self-shooting facilitated by the contributors themselves. Pimenko provided ongoing technical support throughout the process, from the scripting phase through to final production. This support included assisting the contributors in writing their scripts and carrying out self-shoots or studio shoots, thus ensuring the consistent, professional quality of the final videos.
Ongoing support and personalization
Throughout the project, Pimenko maintained constant communication with the CFPPA to ensure that the course precisely met the needs of their target audience. This close collaboration enabled us to quickly adapt the content and teaching methods to the feedback and specific needs of the learners. Pimenko’s commitment to personalized, responsive support was a key factor in the success of this educational project.
