Pimenko develops and maintains a range of Moodle plugins available directly on the Moodle Marketplace—both paid solutions with dedicated support and 100% free open-source plugins, all of which are compatible with the current versions of Moodle. These include: NotifPlus for dashboard notifications, LudiLearn for adaptive gamification, LearningTime for tracking training time, KeepUsers for automatically sending reminders to inactive learners, and Enroll Synopsis for customizing self-enrollment pages. Custom plugin development

When standard Moodle isn’t enough, we develop extensions that are permanently integrated into your environment. Our team has designed more than thirty plugins that have been published on the Moodle Marketplace or developed specifically for clients. Among the best-known contributions are: AdminPreset (integrated into the core of Moodle since version 4.0), Ludilearn (adaptive gamification, developed as part of the Ludimoodle+ project with ComUE Université de Lyon), the Program plugin for managing multi-course learning paths, DigiBoard for tracking and analysis, KeepUsers for automatic engagement reminders, and the Yparéo integration plugins.

Integration with your information system

That is often where the real complexity lies—and one of our most well-documented areas of expertise. We have implemented authentication integrations using various protocols: SAML2, OpenID Connect, CAS, Keycloak, OAuth2, Microsoft, and Google. We are also developing integrations with student and training management tools (Yparéo, Apogée, LDAP/Active Directory), including bidirectional synchronization in production environments involving thousands of users.

Ongoing support and guidance

After deployment, a platform is a living, evolving entity that encounters unforeseen challenges. Our Moodle-certified team is available to answer technical and instructional questions through our online helpdesk, our specialized documentation, or by contacting our engineers directly.
We provide support for both the “run” (day-to-day operations, incidents, updates) and the “build” (functional enhancements, new Moodle versions, scalability).
